Ms. Barnett met with State Farm Reps regarding Master Policy-with hail storm damage in 2016 and the potential for a premium increase, cost saving measures were discussed. Gale Madsen has retired and the board will work with Shawn Hansen and his partner in the future. Ms. Barnett will set up a meeting in late February with the agents and the board to discuss options for the association to consider for this year’s premium renewal which will take place in July of 2017 with notification in mid-May of 2017. By Laws: Ms. Barnett and Mr. Dishong will review correspondence with attorney and needed updates/changes to by laws and present to board. Any changes to by laws will be distributed to residents/owners before Annual Meeting so a vote can be taken to approve changes.
